Responsibilities
- Conduct a full audit of our current GHL setup, workflows, automations, pipelines, and overall architecture.
- Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved performance and scalability.
- Provide a clear, actionable report outlining recommended enhancements and best-practice improvements.
- Optimize existing automations, triggers, workflows, and funnels for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure our system is aligned with GHL best practices for small to medium-sized business environments.
- Improve overall system organization, usability, and long-term maintainability.
- Advise and assist with integrating third-party tools and platforms into GHL.
- Configure and guide us on advanced GHL features, including AI-powered tools and newly released capabilities.
- Ensure that all integrations function seamlessly within our existing architecture.
- Provide expert-level recommendations to help us fully utilize GHL’s capabilities.
- Offer ongoing strategic advice on how to leverage GHL to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Support our team in understanding system improvements and adopting best practices.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in GoHighLevel setup, optimization, and automation design.
- Deep understanding of GHL best practices, advanced features, and high-level system architecture.
- Strong experience integrating third-party applications with GHL.
- Knowledgeable in optimizing GHL for small to medium-sized business operations.
- Ability to review complex existing systems and recommend elevated, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Additional Information
- Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW.
- Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
