Immiland Canada Inc. is hiring a Roofer Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in roofing and shingling and other related construction activities in residential and commercial properties.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other contractors, managers and staff.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• May need to train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare work progress reports
• May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Several years of experience in the trade or in the work area supervised are usually required.
• Must have English skills (as implied by warning against applicants with zero English skills)
