Responsibilities
- Quickly gain proficiency with the drone or mobile heavy equipment vehicle platform, mastering both hardware and software components of the system
- Develop production-grade software tools for monitoring, diagnostics, and data analysis to enhance system performance and reliability
- Examine real-world operational data and generate technical reports that guide engineering decisions and lead to system enhancements
- Visit client locations to support troubleshooting, assist with system deployment, and resolve technical challenges on-site
- Work collaboratively within a small team and across departments to deliver new features and address live production issues
- Help extend the company's product offerings as the organization expands into new platforms and operating environments
