Responsibilities
- Create and document the framework of technical standards and procedures
- Support the engineering team in solutioning, engineering and system administration tasks
- Monitor system health and performance and ensure high availability of the system
- Help maintain overall product quality by working closely with PM and government technical lead
- Understand and use essential tools for handling files, directories, command-line environments, and documentation
