Outside Sales Representative- Remote: Shelby, WI Rexel USA, a prominent electrical products distributor across the United States, operates through multiple regional brands with extensive warehouse and online distribution networks. We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Gexpro team remotely in Shelby, WI! Role Summary: The Outside Sales Representative will drive sales and marketing efforts by cultivating high-quality customer relationships, leveraging digital tools, and developing innovative solutions to generate profitable sales volume while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate product offerings effectively - Expand business through new customer acquisition and existing customer product upselling - Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop and implement sales strategies - Assist customers with product selection using comprehensive product knowledge - Establish and maintain robust customer relationships - Analyze customer operations to identify unique business objectives - Facilitate product quotations and maintain ongoing customer communication - Resolve payment issues promptly in coordination with management - Gather and report competitive market intelligence - Participate in professional development and training opportunities - Maintain accurate sales documentation and records - Coordinate vendor interactions for product demonstrations - Champion digital tools and customer solutions - Execute additional assigned duties as needed Job Duties Disclaimer: This description represents essential job functions and is not exhaustive.
