Responsibilities
- Create and oversee fixed and variable pay frameworks
- Perform periodic salary reviews using market benchmarks and internal guidelines
- Lead initiatives in job leveling and role evaluation
- Oversee annual salary adjustments, incentive plans, and recognition programs
- Design and lead training sessions on compensation practices for HR and management
- Review current compensation systems and propose enhancements based on organizational goals
- Offer expert guidance to leaders and HR partners on pay and benefits policies
- Support compliance efforts related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Lead compensation and benefits projects from initiation through completion
