Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee fixed and variable pay frameworks
  • Perform periodic salary reviews using market benchmarks and internal guidelines
  • Lead initiatives in job leveling and role evaluation
  • Oversee annual salary adjustments, incentive plans, and recognition programs
  • Design and lead training sessions on compensation practices for HR and management
  • Review current compensation systems and propose enhancements based on organizational goals
  • Offer expert guidance to leaders and HR partners on pay and benefits policies
  • Support compliance efforts related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Lead compensation and benefits projects from initiation through completion
