This 7-month fixed-term position is central to managing and refining global compensation processes across the organization’s US, UK, and Canadian locations. The Reward Analyst will lead the full lifecycle of Role and Reward (R&R) cycles, ensuring pay practices are equitable, market-informed, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Global Reward Programs: Oversee annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring outcomes reflect performance, market trends, and internal fairness across regions.
- Design Intelligent Systems: Help shape compensation infrastructure by integrating technology to streamline processes, with a focus on AI-enhanced tools that improve scalability and decision-making.
- Conduct Targeted Market Analysis: Use biotech-specific compensation data and alternative sources to benchmark roles, maintaining competitive positioning across key talent markets.
- Support Equity and Long-Term Incentives: Collaborate with stock administration teams to ensure accurate delivery and clear communication of equity awards, including options and RSUs.
- Develop Job Frameworks: Lead leveling and job evaluation initiatives to establish consistent career paths and support internal equity across functions.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex compensation datasets into strategic recommendations for leadership, aligning reward practices with business growth and talent priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years in compensation roles within fast-paced biotech or technology environments.
- Proven experience running global reward cycles, including merit planning, bonuses, and market benchmarking at scale.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in modeling compensation structures and presenting insights to decision-makers.
- Familiarity with equity compensation types such as stock options and restricted stock units, including valuation and communication strategies.
- Experience building job architecture frameworks that support fairness and career progression.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and People Tech tools—particularly HiBob and Pave—with a focus on automation and user-centered design.
- Ability to apply systems thinking to optimize workflows using AI and modern compensation systems.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in London, England, requiring in-office presence at least 50% of the time. The analyst will work within a mission-driven culture that values accountability, urgency, and collaborative problem-solving.
