Requirements
- 3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth
- Strong experience working with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with automation and AI-powered tools in go-to-market workflows
- Proven ability to design and optimize workflows that combine automation with human sales execution
- Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and performance metrics
- AI-fluent operator: you understand how to apply AI tools to real business workflows—not just experiment with them
- Systems thinker: you design scalable processes instead of relying on manual effort
- Connector mindset: you bridge gaps between marketing, sales, and technology
- Outcome-oriented: you focus on pipeline and conversion, not just activity
