TENEX.AI is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role

This is the first dedicated RevOps role, responsible for managing the day-to-day revenue operations including GTM technology, pipeline integrity, forecasting, quote-to-cash processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The individual will report to the Director of Finance / Operations and will help establish scalable processes and systems as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce as the central go-to-market platform, managing layouts, automation rules, validations, and user access
  • Enforce consistent data quality across go-to-market systems for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products through defined standards and monitoring
  • Develop and support integrations connecting Salesforce with marketing automation, ERP, and customer success tools
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast reporting, including deal validation and consolidation for leadership
  • Design and manage end-to-end funnel dashboards tracking lead conversion, win rates, and post-sale growth metrics
  • Define, monitor, and distribute key GTM performance indicators such as pipeline coverage, sales velocity, win rates, and annual recurring revenue
  • Collaborate with FP&A to align operational reporting with financial planning, board reporting, and annual strategic planning
  • Work with Finance to ensure Salesforce and ERP data flows support accurate revenue recognition and audit compliance
  • Design and implement scalable quoting and ordering processes, including evaluation and deployment of CPQ solutions
  • Oversee the transition from sales to cash operations, ensuring accurate booking, billing, and service activation
  • Manage commission plan execution in coordination with Finance, including documentation, calculations, and payout validation
  • Implement automation and AI-enhanced workflows across the revenue lifecycle to increase efficiency and sales team productivity
  • Create standardized RevOps procedures, playbooks, and documentation to support organizational scaling
  • Support leadership in territory design, quota allocation, capacity planning, and customer segmentation
  • Analyze pipeline and customer data to generate insights influencing pricing, packaging, and market segmentation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar function
  • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce administration and the full GTM tech stack in a high-growth environment
  • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales pipelines, forecasting techniques, and key go-to-market metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, and outreach tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience handling large datasets and building reusable reports
  • Proven background in commission plan management, territory planning, and quota setting
  • Self-motivated individual capable of strategic thinking and hands-on execution from concept to delivery
  • Clear and effective communicator skilled at translating data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and executives
  • Inquisitive mindset, highly collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth B2B sectors is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CPQ platforms is a valuable asset
  • Prior experience with quote-to-cash processes and Salesforce-to-ERP integrations, particularly with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Rillet, is preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to operate the day-to-day revenue operations function as we scale. This role is foundational — you will be the first dedicated RevOps hire, owning the GTM tech stack, the integrity of our pipeline and forecast data, and building the systems and processes that will support the company through its next stages of growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance / Operations, you will serve as a hands-on operator and trusted partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance — maintaining Salesforce administration, pipeline analytics, forecasting, quote-to-cash workflows, and GTM reporting. You will also play a key role in standing up scalable RevOps processes from the ground up.
