Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of strategic sales and revenue operations programs
- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance visibility into sales pipelines and improve forecast precision
- Orchestrate cross-functional projects related to CRM systems, reporting frameworks, forecasting models, commission structures, and sales process optimization
- Assist in building and sustaining a consistent operational cadence for pipeline evaluations, forecasting cycles, and business performance reviews
- Work closely with data analytics and business intelligence units to define reporting needs and set priorities
- Support initiatives to transform CRM platforms, including redesigning processes, enforcing field-level governance, and refining workflows
- Design operational processes that scale efficiently, ensuring uniformity and minimizing manual intervention
- Detect gaps in operations, inefficiencies in workflows, and potential areas for automation
- Promote change management practices and drive adoption of new tools and processes across sales teams
