Responsibilities
- Serve as a passionate representative of the brand, educating customers about company values and product quality.
- Commit fully to training programs to master product details and cooking techniques for proteins.
- Deliver a personalized, approachable shopping experience similar to that of a specialty butcher.
- Support customers during checkout with service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Carry out restocking tasks including lifting heavy items, rotating stock, placing orders, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Monitor daily pricing updates and operate the cash register as needed.
- Fulfill online orders and ensure timely handover of products for delivery.
- Work efficiently in a sub-zero environment, handling freight, organizing inventory, and managing freezer stock.
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required by store operations.

- Occasional work in extreme cold conditions, particularly in walk-in freezers
