Wild Fork Foods is hiring a Retail Store Associate

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand representative by demonstrating enthusiasm for the company's products and educating customers about the brand's values and mission
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and cooking techniques by fully engaging in training programs to share recipes and cooking advice
  • Deliver a personalized, approachable shopping experience similar to that of a traditional butcher
  • Support customers during checkout by providing attentive and memorable service
  • Carry out restocking tasks including lifting items up to 50 pounds, rotating stock, placing orders, and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Monitor daily price updates and operate the cash register as needed
  • Fulfill online customer orders and ensure timely handover of products for delivery
  • Work in very cold conditions while handling freezer racks, processing shipments, and completing monthly inventory in walk-in freezers
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned within the store environment
