Responsibilities
- Act as a brand representative by demonstrating enthusiasm and deep knowledge of product quality, clearly communicating company values to customers
- Commit fully to training programs to become proficient in product details and cooking techniques, enabling effective recipe suggestions and cooking guidance
- Deliver personalized customer service that mirrors a traditional butcher shop experience, tailoring interactions to individual needs
- Support customers during checkout with efficiency and care, ensuring a memorable and positive transaction
- Carry out restocking tasks including lifting items up to 50 pounds, rotating stock, placing orders, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Monitor daily pricing updates and accurately operate the cash register as needed
- Fulfill online customer orders and coordinate timely handouts for delivery pickups
- Work regularly in sub-zero conditions, handling tasks such as moving racks, receiving shipments, and conducting inventory in walk-in freezers
- Complete additional assigned duties as required by operational needs
