Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers and builds relationships to guide them toward suitable financial products.
- Completes opening and closing procedures that do not involve management duties.
- Maintains a clean, organized sales floor with properly displayed and stocked inventory.
- Processes sales and loan agreements following company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manages cash and negotiable instruments in compliance with established guidelines.
- Answers incoming phone calls according to company protocols.
- Clearly explains the legal terms of pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
- Communicates professionally and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
- Collaborates with staff to ensure a positive and lasting customer experience.
- Successfully finishes all assigned training programs.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended periods, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Willingness to handle firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrates motivation to serve customers, work with others, and contribute as a team member.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in performing basic math calculations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and standard office equipment.

- Prior experience handling cash is preferred.
