Responsibilities
- Engage with customers upon arrival to build trust and guide them toward suitable financial services.
- Carry out opening and closing tasks that do not involve managerial oversight.
- Maintain a tidy, organized sales area with properly arranged and replenished inventory.
- Process sales and lending transactions following company guidelines, industry practices, and legal standards.
- Manage cash and negotiable instruments in compliance with established protocols and regulations.
- Respond to incoming calls according to company service expectations.
- Clearly explain the legal components of pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with team members and supervisors using effective methods.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a positive and lasting customer experience.
- Complete all assigned training programs successfully.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Physically able to perform prolonged work activities such as standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting in compliance with applicable laws.
- Willingness and ability to handle firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in performing basic arithmetic calculations.
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts based on business demands, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with computers, Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems, and standard office equipment.

- Prior experience handling cash transactions is advantageous.
