Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers warmly and builds trust to guide them toward suitable financial products.
- Completes opening and closing tasks that do not involve management duties.
- Maintains a tidy, organized sales area with fully stocked and attractively displayed items.
- Processes sales and loan agreements following company guidelines, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Manages cash and valuable items in compliance with internal policies and regulatory rules.
- Responds to incoming phone calls according to established service expectations.
- Clearly explains the legal terms and conditions of pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
- Collaborates professionally with team members and supervisors using respectful and clear communication.
- Works alongside colleagues to ensure every customer has a positive and lasting experience.
- Completes all assigned training programs successfully.
- Performs additional duties as directed by management.
