Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to build relationships and offer suitable financial products.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock, and merchandise display on the sales floor.
- Conduct sales and loan transactions following established guidelines and regulations.
- Manage cash and negotiable items according to set policies and regulations.
- Answer phone calls following company guidelines.
- Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, showing respect and using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience.
- Complete assigned training programs successfully.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
