Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers warmly and builds trust to better understand their needs and suggest suitable financial products.
- Completes opening and closing tasks that do not involve managerial duties.
- Maintains a tidy sales area by restocking inventory and organizing product displays.
- Conducts sales and lending activities following company guidelines and legal standards.
- Manages cash and valuable items according to established protocols and regulations.
- Answers phone calls in line with company communication expectations.
- Clearly explains the legal terms of pawn and purchase transactions to customers.
- Collaborates respectfully with team members and supervisors using clear and effective communication.
- Works alongside colleagues to ensure a positive and lasting customer experience.
- Completes all required training assignments successfully.
- Performs additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Capable of lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Physically able to carry out tasks involving standing, bending, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended durations, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Willingness to handle firearms and obtain required certification.
- May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve items from external storage areas.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
- Demonstrates strong motivation to serve customers, work with others, and contribute as a team member.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in performing basic arithmetic calculations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and standard office equipment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience handling cash is a plus.
- Willingness to work at different locations as needed.

- Most locations operate from 9AM to 6PM, with many closed on Sundays.
