Trane Technologies offers a Retail Operations Analyst Internship designed to provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, and direct exposure to senior leaders. You will join a team dedicated to tackling significant challenges through impactful, data-driven possibilities.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with analytics team members to understand business needs, data, and technical approaches.
- Identify and comprehend essential data sets required for developing models, visualizations, reports, and insights.
- Leverage analytical tools to extract and analyze large data sets, delivering actionable business insights.
- Contribute to projects that apply your analytics education to solve real-world business problems.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a BS/BA in an Analytics-related field such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, or similar.
- A cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
- Genuine interest in a career in Analytics or Data Science.
- A minimum of one internship or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports team captaincy, resident advisor roles, or exceptional leadership on work projects.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Benefits & Compensation
- Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour
