Responsibilities
- Travel regularly to retail locations within a designated territory to perform scheduled store visits.
- Inspect, set up, and maintain product displays for electronics including televisions, tablets, audio devices, phones, printers, and speakers.
- Collaborate occasionally with colleagues on larger installations requiring two or more personnel, such as TVs or appliances.
- Foster and sustain professional relationships with retail staff during site visits.
- Accurately complete all tasks and assignments as directed by management.
- Submit timely reports and documentation using a personal mobile device with GPS capabilities.
- Follow company-established procedures and timelines for scheduling and executing work assignments.
- Receive shipment materials at home or via pickup point and transport them to retail sites as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors based on operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities for effective interaction with retail teams and field coordinators.
- Proficiency in using an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet with GPS to upload images, submit reports, and access work documents.
- Possession of a standard toolkit for on-site tasks.
- Ability to complete mandatory online training modules within specified deadlines prior to in-store work.
- Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- Flexible availability from early morning to midday, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts as required.
- Willingness to commit to at least 20 hours of work per week.
- Ability to drive for work purposes in compliance with company policies, with access to dependable transportation.
- Capacity to travel within a defined service area of up to 60 miles from base location.
- Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, balancing, grasping, pushing, pulling, and driving.
- Regular lifting and carrying of items weighing 40 pounds or more.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders exceeding 10 feet in height.
- Completion or certification in operating material handling equipment such as Big Joe/Little Joey lifts or forklifts, if required by assignment.
- Occasional travel by air or other transportation methods for out-of-market assignments.
