Sandisk is hiring a Retail Key Account Manager - Mexico

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic plans for key retail accounts to increase revenue and market share
  • Foster long-term relationships with senior retail stakeholders through consistent communication and high-quality service
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional initiatives that support profitability and client satisfaction
  • Work with internal departments such as sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure efficient account operations
  • Track and assess account performance using sales data and key performance indicators
  • Deliver periodic performance reviews, sales forecasts, and analytical reports to leadership teams
  • Conduct research on the Mexican retail sector to guide strategic planning and decision-making
  • Manage onboarding processes and provide training to retail partner staff on product offerings and systems
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and escalated issues promptly and professionally
