Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere by professionally engaging with clients and promptly resolving concerns.
- Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established company performance benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved sourcing methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, while adhering to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, property security, documentation, and loan safeguards.
- Implement and maintain operational processes related to inventory, lending, product display, store systems, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and support profit growth through goal setting and team communication.
- Ensure all operations align with or surpass company-defined standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing procedures to maintain accuracy and loan quality.
- Complete assigned tasks and developmental training as directed.
- Communicate store goals and financial targets clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services.
- Serve as acting manager during the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying for extended durations, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work at multiple locations based on business demands.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and standard office equipment.
- Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-focused with solid organizational abilities.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience handling cash is mandatory.
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
- Shows strong work ethic and business acumen.
