Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and responsive customer experience through professional and timely interactions.
- Support the training and development of team members to meet company performance benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved hiring channels.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory reconciliation.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, security protocols, and loan documentation.
- Manage core store functions such as inventory control, loan processing, visual presentation, and system operations.
- Review financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability through team communication and goal setting.
- Ensure daily operations consistently meet or surpass established company standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing practices to maintain accuracy and uphold lending integrity.
- Complete assigned development tasks and training modules as directed.
- Communicate store goals and business objectives clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as acting manager during the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
