Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting professionally with customers and resolving concerns promptly.
- Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established company performance benchmarks.
- Identify and hire qualified individuals using approved recruitment methods.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, while following security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan handling.
- Implement and maintain operational processes related to inventory, lending, product display, store appearance, systems, and reporting.
- Review financial reports and promote profitability through goal setting and team communication.
- Ensure all operations align with or surpass company-defined standards.
