Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting professionally with customers and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Oversee and support the training of team members to meet established company performance benchmarks.
  • Identify and hire qualified individuals using approved recruitment methods.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, while following security protocols.
  • Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, facility security, documentation, and loan handling.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes related to inventory, lending, product display, store appearance, systems, and reporting.
  • Review financial reports and promote profitability through goal setting and team communication.
  • Ensure all operations align with or surpass company-defined standards.
  • Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing workflows to maintain accuracy and value in lending decisions.
  • Complete assigned tasks and development training as directed.
  • Communicate store goals and objectives clearly to staff to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Serve as acting manager during the Store Manager's absence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
