About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations, staff development, and customer service while ensuring compliance with company standards and driving store profitability.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and professional customer experience by addressing needs promptly and courteously.
- Support the training and development of team members to meet established performance benchmarks.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates using approved sourcing methods.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory counts, and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through proper inventory tracking, security practices, and accurate documentation of customer transactions.
- Manage key store operations including inventory control, loan processing, visual presentation, and system maintenance.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability through team communication and goal setting.
- Ensure all operations comply with or surpass company standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing procedures to maintain accuracy and value integrity.
- Complete assigned development tasks and training modules as directed.
- Communicate store goals and objectives clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services.
- Serve as acting manager during the Store Manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Compensation
