Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with customers in a courteous and efficient manner and resolving concerns promptly.
- Support the training and growth of team members to meet established performance and service benchmarks.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates using approved recruitment methods.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash and inventory reconciliation and adherence to security protocols.
- Safeguard company assets through effective inventory tracking, property security measures, proper documentation, and secure loan handling.
- Manage key store operations such as inventory control, loan processing, product display, store appearance, system usage, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability through team communication and performance goals.
- Ensure all store practices align with or surpass company operational standards.
- Supervise loan evaluation and purchasing procedures to maintain loan quality and accuracy.
- Complete assigned personal development tasks and training modules as directed.
- Communicate store objectives and financial targets clearly to team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
- Serve as the acting manager during the absence of the primary store leader.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
