Lead franchise performance by delivering strategic guidance and hands-on support to franchise owners and operations teams. In this remote hybrid position, you'll drive measurable improvements in sales, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with established brand standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive district business plans integrating marketing, operations, training, and supply chain initiatives.
- Collaborate with franchisees to create targeted action plans with clear objectives tied to performance benchmarks.
- Monitor progress toward financial and operational goals, providing data-informed feedback and course corrections.
- Advise on marketing effectiveness through coordination with internal departments, vendors, and local operators.
- Support consistent execution of food safety, service quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and store atmosphere standards.
- Deliver ongoing training and consulting to improve return on investment and strengthen financial outcomes.
- Guide human resource development, staff training, and leadership growth initiatives where applicable.
- Partner with internal teams to advance new and existing store development, reinvestment, and modernization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, menu accuracy, trademark usage, and corporate policies.
- Support new location launches and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Compensation & Work Environment
This role offers a competitive salary range of CAD $92,399 – $105,341 with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. The position operates in a hybrid model, primarily remote with regional responsibilities based in Regina, SK. Flexibility is built into the structure while maintaining accountability for district-wide results.
