Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily technician schedules to align with service demand
- Monitor resource availability and adjust assignments as needed
- Collaborate with operations leads to forecast staffing requirements
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and update in real time
- Respond to last-minute changes and reassign resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements through proper planning
- Communicate scheduling updates to field teams and stakeholders
- Track technician performance metrics related to job completion
- Support onboarding of new team members with scheduling protocols
- Identify scheduling inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Utilize dispatch software to assign and track work orders
- Balance workload distribution across available personnel
- Assist in developing contingency plans for high-demand periods
- Maintain data integrity in workforce management systems
- Facilitate communication between dispatchers and field staff
- Report on scheduling KPIs to management regularly
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines
- Escalate critical staffing issues to leadership promptly
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving resource planning
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and operational data
