Responsibilities
- Adhere to the comprehensive home electrical inspection protocol established by Nexstar
- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components in residential settings
- Deliver high-quality service to customers with a focus on satisfaction
- Ensure vehicle is stocked with necessary parts, tools, and safety gear at all times
- Travel to assigned job locations and coordinate with dispatchers to maintain schedules and communicate delays
- Secure customer approval or signature for payment or financing upon job completion
- Achieve established performance targets and sales objectives
- Help customers assess whether repairs or replacements are the better option
- Support the scheduling and coordination of replacement evaluations when needed
- Perform at or above defined performance benchmarks
