Responsibilities

- Maximize productivity by efficiently handling work orders and minimizing non-billable time.
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on home heating and cooling systems.
- Improve technical expertise through ongoing training, certification, and adherence to industry standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory in service vehicles to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a flawless safety record.
- Ensure zero safety incidents during the performance period by adhering to protocols.
- Keep accurate digital records of service details, repairs, and parts used in the service management system.
- Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and offering assistance when needed.
- Support a positive, cooperative team culture through respectful interactions.
- Present oneself professionally in appearance and communication during customer interactions.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled service appointments.
- Complete any additional assigned tasks as needed.
