Responsibilities
- Review designs for the track structure including track bed, track superstructure, Rails, Turnout, concrete sleepers, expansion joints, etc.
- Work on ballastless track on main line and ballasted track on depot.
- Assist Deputy Chief Track Design & Specification Engineer.
Requirements
- Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of assignment relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Metro/Railways (Track)
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
