About the Role
The Resident Engineer will be stationed at a client site to deliver hands-on engineering support, ensure technical compliance, resolve operational issues, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site technical contact for client projects
- Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for failures
- Implement corrective actions in alignment with engineering standards
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate field feedback into product improvements
- Support commissioning, testing, and validation of equipment
- Document technical findings and maintain accurate records

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system anomalies
- Provide input for risk assessments and failure mode evaluations
- Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders

- Maintain familiarity with project specifications and contractual obligations
- Support change management processes for design modifications
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality
