Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical contact between the customer and internal engineering teams
- Support issue investigation, debugging, and resolution during development and testing
- Coordinate technical discussions, anomaly reports, and design reviews
- Manage engineering changes and documentation releases in customer systems
- Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, and product integration
- Maintain regular communication with customer teams and internal stakeholders
- Support new business activities (RFI/RFQ) and technical discussions
Requirements
- Experience with embedded software development in automotive systems
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR and automotive diagnostics
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach / Trace32)
- Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Familiarity with tools such as CANoe, JIRA, DOORS, SVN
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working directly with OEM customers
