About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and conduct in vivo experiments using rodent disease models
- Evaluate pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic relationships in preclinical studies
- Analyze and interpret complex biological data from animal studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project strategies
- Support target validation efforts through in vivo pharmacology
- Develop and optimize animal models relevant to cardiovascular and metabolic diseases
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and project teams
- Stay current with scientific literature in pharmacology and disease mechanisms
- Contribute to study reports and regulatory documentation
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations and ethical standards
- Troubleshoot technical challenges in experimental models
- Assist in the development of new assay methodologies
- Integrate translational data to inform clinical development paths
- Work closely with toxicology and safety assessment teams
- Provide pharmacology expertise during compound selection phases
- Participate in project planning and milestone setting
- Utilize statistical tools for data analysis
- Communicate results clearly in written and verbal formats
- Support the identification of biomarkers for target engagement
