Aledade is looking for a Research Scientist to lead rigorous analysis and generate actionable insights that drive our mission forward. You'll join our efforts to transform healthcare delivery through data and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Design and conduct data-driven research studies to evaluate healthcare interventions and outcomes
- Develop statistical models and analytical frameworks to solve complex problems
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into practical applications
What We're Looking For
- PhD or equivalent research experience in a quantitative field such as Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Computer Science, or Economics
- Strong background in statistical analysis, experiment design, and causal inference methods
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and produce peer-reviewed publications or technical reports
