Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain market data across asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily
- Monitor and report on key market fundamentals, capital markets, and overall trends
- Produce quarterly market reports, presentations, and customized client research materials
- Support business development initiatives by providing data-driven insights for proposals and pitch materials
- Collaborate with brokerage, marketing, and leadership teams to respond to ad hoc research requests
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across internal databases and published materials
- Engage in market and industry events to stay informed on trends and opportunities
