Responsibilities
- Research, develop and productize cutting-edge Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Speaker Diarization, and Audio Understanding models
- Partner closely with other ML engineers and scientists to integrate work into business applications
- Act as domain expert and thought leader in identifying new research opportunities with significant business impact
- Present your research to all levels of the company clearly and concisely
Requirements
- Proven track record of conducting cutting-edge research in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Speaker Diarization, and Audio Understanding models, demonstrated by publications in top-tier conferences or journals
- MS or PhD in ML, Computer Science or related fields
- Familiarity with common ML and DL frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to take ownership, and thrive with minimal oversight and process

- Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $150,000 - $750,000.
