Dayhoff Labs is hiring a Research Engineer, Accelerated Quantum Chemistry

Responsibilities

  • Execute quantum mechanics and molecular dynamics simulations using conventional software enhanced with artificial intelligence models
  • Develop standardized, repeatable workflows and evaluation methods for quantum mechanics, molecular dynamics, and machine learning systems
  • Implement simulation tools for internal research teams and collaborate with software and product teams on external releases
  • Work with machine learning specialists to embed neural network-based potential models into established quantum mechanics and molecular dynamics pipelines
