Responsibilities
- Maintain current requirements management platforms such as Polarion, 3DS, Jama, and R4J within the existing technical environment.
- Assess business needs related to requirements management tools and recommend the most suitable solution for each scenario.
- Create and implement customized traceability, implementation, and test status reporting features aligned with business needs.
- Provide proactive guidance and hands-on support to engineering teams using requirements management tools, including best practice coaching.
- Support the development and effective use of reports while ensuring adherence to best practices, system performance, and aSPICE standards.
- Deliver virtual training sessions on tool configuration and proper usage for engineering personnel.
- Analyze and guide the full system architecture to ensure optimal tool performance and integration.
- Act as the compliance authority for requirements management tools, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Investigate emerging technologies and solutions to drive continuous improvement and serve as the main technical contact for vendor discussions.
- Enable seamless integration between requirements management systems and other development tools to support DevOps workflows and efficient data exchange.
