Doneverse is hiring a Reporting Specialist

Doneverse is looking for a Reporting Specialist to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive operational performance. In this role, you will design reporting systems, automate workflows, and deliver data that shapes business operations across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop operational and strategic reports that provide clear insights to leadership.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that make complex data easy to understand.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting that drives performance visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
  • Build automated workflows for data extraction, report generation, and distribution.
  • Reduce manual reporting effort while improving accuracy and reporting speed.
  • Analyze productivity and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support workforce planning through accurate capacity and performance reporting.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to operational leaders.
  • Maintain and monitor productivity and reporting tools such as ActivTrak, Sprout, BambooHR, and TimeDoctor.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Doer Success, Allocation, Training, Client Experience, Product and Operations to ensure reporting insights support better operational decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • 1–3 years experience in reporting, analytics, or workforce reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience working with productivity monitoring tools (ActivTrak, TimeDoctor, etc.).
  • Experience with reporting automation or scripting.
