KBC Group is looking for a proactive and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our Policy Advisory Team. This team supports entities across KBC Group by translating policies and regulatory requirements into actionable reporting and ensuring compliance with directives.
What You'll Do
- Develop automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboards.
- Improve data quality and streamline reporting processes.
- Analyze large data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and support root‑cause analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, business requirements, and test scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with the team and multiple stakeholders across the KBC Group.
- Communicate changes, insights, and updates clearly and proactively.
- Provide ongoing support—including documentation and training—for reports you own within the process.
- Gather requirements for potential new reports.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with VBA.
- Basic knowledge of Access or SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English and strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured, organized way.
- A good understanding of data visualization best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Qlik Sense (a big plus).
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., ECB, SRB, DORA, TPRM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
