  • Coordinate daily repair planning, providing updates on case status, progress, and obstacles to support and internal stakeholders
  • Establish weekly reporting systems to track performance and identify bottlenecks
  • Respond to customer demands by adjusting repair priorities and timelines as required
  • Conduct initial inspections, diagnostics, and root cause assessments with input from R&D and Quality teams
  • Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on robotic units, meeting defined quality benchmarks and turnaround times
  • Perform quality verification during repairs, following established procedures
  • Assemble and validate complex replacement components before deployment
  • Develop and supervise regional repair centers to strengthen global service coverage

  • Maintain training programs and ensure technical partners remain up to date and consistent in their work

Qualifications

Applicants should hold an engineering degree or equivalent technical background, along with at least five years of hands-on experience managing repair operations in robotics or high-tech industries. Fluency in both French and English is required. You must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of driving operational improvements. Strong diagnostic skills, clear communication abilities, and a proven ability to train technical teams are essential. Occasional travel (approximately five trips per year) is expected.

Preferred Attributes

Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Lausanne and Paudex, offering the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. You'll operate in a collaborative, innovative culture that values independent thinking and collective problem-solving. The company supports personal well-being and professional growth through flexible scheduling and team engagement activities.

  • Comprehensive accident insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements including remote options
  • Discounts on gym memberships and sports events
  • Access to Swibeco, a rewards platform offering savings across retail and services
