About the Role

This role involves leading technical aspects of renewable energy initiatives, ensuring engineering quality, managing project execution, and supporting client engagement across various stages of project development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of renewable energy projects
  • Provide technical oversight for engineering designs and system integration
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment
  • Support project management with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review technical documentation and design specifications
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for renewable installations
  • Guide project teams through permitting and environmental review processes
  • Serve as primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Lead design reviews and risk assessments
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  • Develop and maintain engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with external consultants and contractors
  • Support business development through technical proposals
