Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that aid leadership and human resources in strategic decisions
- Guarantee the precision, uniformity, and auditability of compensation and HR data
- Examine patterns in staffing composition, pay trends, employee turnover, and related HR indicators
- Provide data essential for financial planning, predictive modeling, and workforce strategy
- Detect operational bottlenecks and streamline repetitive reporting through automation when appropriate
- Record data processes and analytical methods to establish a trustworthy reference repository
- Work in close coordination with HR Operations, HR Systems, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams
- Assist in conducting internal surveys and perform critical assessment of findings and their impact
- Play an active role in enhancing reporting systems, data integrity, and HR workflows
