We're seeking a skilled Web Developer to support and enhance integrations between our systems and external platforms. In this remote role, you'll focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining website functionality, and ensuring reliable connections through APIs, XML, and JSON protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently to maintain system stability
- Maintain and improve website performance across integrated platforms
- Provide technical support to customers and guide them through integration processes
- Build and manage API and XML connections between internal systems and partner networks
- Collaborate directly with technical teams from affiliate partners such as Booking.com and Insightly
- Document test results, technical capabilities, and provide references as needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Experience maintaining websites and managing integrations
- Strong understanding of API, XML, and JSON connectivity
- Proven track record of working directly with external technical teams
- Ability to provide evidence of technical skills and past project work
Work Environment
