About the Role

This position involves assisting clients with vacation planning, managing booking details, and ensuring a seamless travel experience through responsive communication and organized follow-up. Training will be provided to help new hires succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries about travel plans

  • Update and maintain accurate reservation records
  • Coordinate with vendors to confirm service details
  • Provide support during customer trips to resolve issues
  • Follow up after trips to gather feedback
