Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner
- Support the integration of third-party systems with internal platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to relay client requirements and feedback
- Document technical processes and troubleshooting steps
- Assist in onboarding new clients onto the platform
- Monitor system performance and identify potential integration issues
- Provide technical guidance during client implementation phases
- Escalate complex technical problems to engineering when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Work closely with product teams to improve integration capabilities
- Ensure data flows correctly between connected systems
- Troubleshoot API connectivity and data synchronization problems
- Respond to client inquiries via email and support channels
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure
- Assist in testing new integration features before release
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to knowledge base content for internal and external use
- Participate in improving support workflows and tools
