Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for hotel clients, specializing in revenue and pricing strategies to drive their success.
- Manage the full customer journey—from initial lead to long-term retention—by guiding onboarding and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Develop an independent network within the hospitality industry to generate new business and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the technology team, providing feedback from clients to influence product development and enhancements.
- Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to help shape the direction of a growing startup.
