Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required, or you should have equivalent professional experience.
- We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement.
- You should have demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: software testing and QA, requirements analysis, business process analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with working in cross-functional team environments that involve multiple stakeholders is important.
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements, along with utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments will be beneficial.
