About the Role
This role involves delivering psychiatric care to patients through virtual platforms, including conducting assessments, prescribing medication, and managing ongoing mental health treatment for individuals across various age groups and clinical presentations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Document patient encounters in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with primary care providers when necessary
- Provide crisis intervention services when required
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices in psychiatric care
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience in telepsychiatry settings

Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience, paid via 1099
